Prince Harry’s Reunion With King Charles Happened Because of This Royal Member — Source

Sources suggest that Prince Harry was told that King Charles’ reunion would only happen if these two royal family members showed up. The private gathering took place at Highgrove House in Gloucestershire, England. Ahead of it, Harry’s UK visit was met with several challenges, including security concerns and palace stay drama.

Prince Harry met King Charles because of his kids, sources claim

A source told Us Weekly that King Charles agreed to meet Prince Harry and Meghan Markle on the condition that his grandchildren, Archie and Lilibet, be present. “Certain topics were off limits. They [all] agreed beforehand that they would not discuss any topics making headlines in the press,” they said. They further noted that Charles and Queen Camilla wanted to spend some quality time with the grandchildren after so long. For those unversed, the Sussexes returned to the UK for the first time in 4 years, with their last visit being in 2022.

The source further added that the monarchs wanted to keep this private reunion “lighthearted and positive.” “The point of the meeting was to spend time with them, and that was the only thing on the agenda,” they further said. It was previously reported that no photos or details around the private reunion would be released in the media.

However, Harry and Meghan were recently slammed by many for allegedly leaking information. This was after details around the meet surfaced in Vanity Fair’s published article.

Before the reunion, Harry faced safety concerns around his family, as they weren’t granted tax-funded security. Instead, the Sussexes were offered royal accommodation and security on that property. However, the royal stay offered was canceled at the last minute as well. During that time, the palace staffers claimed that Harry failed to accept the stay proposal by the given deadline. Therefore, they were unable to make accommodation arrangements.
