According to Buck, the vows were carefully written and reflected the couple’s relationship, making the ceremony feel deeply personal. “Tom Cruise for 20 minutes was better than any part of the entire night to me, other than watching them get married,” Buck joked before turning his attention to the Taylor Swift Travis Kelce wedding itself.
He said Kelce first became emotional while watching his nieces walk down the specially constructed aisle. “Their vows were long, they were really well-written, they were funny, they were sweet, they were emotional. Travis was a puddle watching his nieces come down the little ramp that they built,” Buck recalled.
Buck said Kelce’s emotions only intensified once Swift made her entrance. “And then, you know, when she walked out, he was a puddle,” Buck said.
He added that the ceremony felt remarkably genuine, saying the couple approached the moment with complete sincerity. “It felt, first of all, they were really getting married. It wasn’t like it was just a ceremonial thing. Like, they really felt like they were getting married, meaning that they hadn’t been married before,” Buck explained.
