Hilary Duff turned heads at Madison Square Garden by stepping onstage in one of her boldest tour looks yet. The singer performed in a custom Kelsey Randall chainmail flower top that was almost entirely see-through, proving once again that her current tour wardrobe is anything but ordinary.

Designed exclusively for the show, the statement-making top replaced traditional fabric with a delicate chainmail base. It was adorned with dozens of three-dimensional floral embellishments.
Metallic silver flowers were mixed with blue, lavender, pink, and deep burgundy blooms, creating a shimmering garden effect across the bodice. Additionally, it left large sections of the mesh construction completely transparent.
The asymmetrical design added even more drama. One shoulder sat slightly higher than the other, while strands of crystal-like flowers cascaded toward her waist, giving the top movement every time Duff danced across the stage.
The sheer chainmail construction disclosed plenty of skin beneath the strategically placed floral appliqués, making it one of the standout fashion moments of the performance.
She balanced the eye-catching top with relaxed light-wash blue jeans featuring a loose, wide-leg silhouette. The casual denim grounded the glamorous piece, allowing the top’s intricate craftsmanship to remain the focal point.
Duff completed the look with layered silver necklaces, diamond bracelets, and softly tousled blonde waves. She also performed with a matching silver microphone under the vibrant stage lights.
The custom piece perfectly reflects the fashion vision Duff recently described in an interview with Elle. Explaining the inspiration behind her tour wardrobe, she said it began with a Pinterest mood board filled with “dreamy pop femme colors” that felt like they belonged “inside an iridescent bubble”. She combined different concepts alongside stylist Neelo.
That vision came to life in the custom Kelsey Randall creation. It became one of the most memorable looks from her Madison Square Garden performance.
