Rylee Arnold revealed what it would take to bring Lindsay Arnold back to Dancing with the Stars. She also spoke about the possibility of competing against her sister in the same DWTS season.
Rylee Arnold revealed that it would take “serious convincing” for her sister Lindsay Arnold to return as a Dancing With the Stars pro
Rylee Arnold, in an exclusive with Us Weekly, admitted she is unsure whether Lindsay will return to DWTS after retiring. She explained that Lindsay is now focused on her family and other aspects of her life.
Arnold said, “She is a boss woman, and she also has beautiful kids at home, and she’s just loving life doing everything that she’s doing.” Rylee also admitted that having Lindsay compete alongside her would be a dream, saying she would continue trying to convince her sister to return.
She said, “But honestly, it would be a huge dream of mine, and it would make the season so fun. I will say it to her until she does it, and if she never does, I’ll just be sad.”
However, Rylee said she has been trying to convince her. She said, “I was saying every day, like, ‘Please, just be on this season with me. Like, pretty please, just come back. You can do it.” The DWTS pro also said that Lindsay might “eventually” come out of her retirement.
Lindsay started her Dancing with the Stars career in 2013; she competed in 10 seasons and won the Mirrorball Trophy in season 25. Rylee, on the other hand, started her Dancing with the Stars journey in 2018 as a junior pro and joined the senior series in 2023. She was a runner-up in her first season.
Despite appearing on the same show, the sisters have not faced each other in the same DWTS season.
