Davina Potratz opened up about her experience on Selling Sunset and singled out Chrishell Stause when discussing how some cast members behaved away from the cameras.
The Former Cast Member Singled Out Chrishell Stause As the Person Who Behaved Most Differently off Camera
As reported by Blast, Davina Potratz recently spoke exclusively with Smooth Spins Casino and discussed how some scenes received unfair edits.
She also opened up about the friendships that remained strong even after she stepped away from the show. During the conversation, she revealed that the cast member who surprised her the most was Chrishell Stause.
Davina said, “I would say Chrishell was very different on and off camera. Fakeness personally rubs me up the wrong way, and when someone is extremely removed from how they are when the cameras are rolling, it’s irritating.”
Potratz also claimed that some cast members were reluctant to speak openly because they feared what could happen if they disagreed. She also criticized what she described as Stause’s attitude toward her from the beginning of the show.
She said, “It takes a little while to figure a person out. But I think in general, a lot of people in the cast did not speak their mind.”
“They were likely afraid because of what they saw happen to me when I did. People would just agree with things they didn’t necessarily agree with,” she concluded
Davina Potratz further pointed out an attitude problem with her co-star Chrishell Stause, saying that she had a lot of attitude from the beginning, which the House of Villains alum did not appreciate. She also claimed that Stause displayed similar behavior with the production team and crew.
Davina Potratz left Selling Sunset at the end of 2020 to pursue other opportunities in the brokerage world. However, she returned in Season 4 and continued appearing on the show. Her role became smaller in Season 6 before she was removed from the cast ahead of Season 7.
