Alix Earle is making the most of her Italian getaway, and her vacation wardrobe is keeping pace with the dreamy setting. The influencer shared a new video from Sardinia in a plunging dress by Roberto Cavalli on Instagram, writing, “I love it here #sardinia,” as she posed against a picturesque backdrop of mountains, colorful homes, and lush greenery. With “when in Italy” written across the clip, Earle twirled around the lawn and showed off her flowing look from every angle.
Alix Earle keeps it playful in plunging Roberto Cavalli beaded dress that dips super low in Sardinia
For the occasion, Alix Earle slipped into a vintage plunging Roberto Cavalli dress from the 2000s. The white maxi featured a figure-skimming silhouette before loosening into a semi-flared mermaid-style skirt that moved around her ankles as she spun across the grass.
However, the plunging neckline commanded most of the attention. The dress dipped extremely low at the front, creating a deep V that extended down Earle’s chest. Aqua blue beaded embellishments, lace details, and metallic accents traced the neckline and continued vertically down the center of the dress, drawing even more attention to its daring cut.
The shoulder made the look even more playful. While one embellished strap remained on her shoulder, the other slipped down her arm, leaving one shoulder exposed and making the already low-cut dress appear even more relaxed and undone. Earle continued posing and dancing with the strap sitting off her shoulder rather than adjusting it back into place.
According to Into Archive, the vintage Roberto Cavalli design was originally listed for $2,200 and is now sold out. The piece comes from the label’s 2000s Class Cavalli collection.
Earle finished the look with her long blonde hair worn loose in tousled waves and carried a small beaded handbag that complemented the blue embellishments running down her dress. Earle’s vintage Cavalli find brought plenty of Y2K glamor to her Sardinian getaway.
