Donald Trump has fired yet another shot at Michigan Democratic US Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed by sharing an AI-generated photo that also targeted Senator Elizabeth Warren on his social media account. The POTUS posted a morphed image of the duo, wherein he mocked the politicians by using ethnic slurs.
Donald Trump posts AI photo of Elizabeth Warren and Abdul El-Sayed
On August 10, Donald Trump took to his Truth Social profile to post an AI-generated picture of Elizabeth Warren and Abdul El-Sayed. There, he warned his followers against the pair’s supposed greedy intentions.
The update saw Warren wearing a Native American outfit, complete with headgear, and talking to El-Sayed. The post also came with a caption, which read, “Pocahontas and “Abdul” want to take your stuff, and crash the economy!!!”
Donald Trump’s AI dig at El-Sayed comes just days after he made fun of the Michigan politician and his wife by comparing the couple to himself and his wife, Melania. The Truth Social post featured Trump and the First Lady in formal attire alongside El-Sayed and his partner with a caption that read, “Two VERY DIFFERENT America’s.”
Dawud Walid, CAIR’s Michigan chapter’s executive director, called out the POTUS’s joke by stating, “He is intentionally saying his full name, Abdulrahman Mohamed El-Sayed, to say, ‘Look, this guy is outside what we would consider to be a normative America.’ It’s a political tactic, and we’ve seen it before,” as per ClickOnDetroit.
Meanwhile, Abdul El-Sayed also responded to Donald Trump’s post mocking him and his wife during a CNN appearance, noting, “So yes, we got two different visions of America. Donald Trump’s vision is the one you are living in right now. Can you afford your gas? Can you afford your groceries?” He continued, “And actually, Sarah and I like each other. I don’t know about the first lady and president, but from what I have heard, it’s a bit of a rocky road.”
