Bianca Censori may reportedly be called to testify in Kanye West’s hostile work environment lawsuit
Bianca Censori could reportedly return to the courtroom once again for Kanye West’s case. This time, she is reported to be a potential witness in her husband’s hostile work environment lawsuit. TMZ reported that the model is among 22 witnesses and might have to testify in the upcoming October trial.
However, her name being on the list would reportedly not mean that she would have to take the stand. Whether she’s needed or not would be revealed after the court releases the final list of potential witnesses. But if she were to be called, the report claimed she might then have to provide testimony about her spouse’s business operations. Furthermore, West himself has reportedly been named in the list.
The lawsuit was filed by Benjamin Provo, a former security guard at West’s Donda Academy. He has sued the rapper and Yeezy for discrimination, a hostile work environment, retaliation, and labor law violations. Provo claimed that the management team, along with West, has allegedly pressured him to “cut his dreadlocks.”
According to him, the management reportedly ignored her reasoning, claiming his hairstyle was for religious purposes. Moreover, Provo revealed that he was apparently asked to confront paparazzi as they were taking pictures near the academy. Allegedly, a manager promised him that the security guard would be “bailed out” if the confrontation led to an arrest.
