Jalen Brunson went the extra mile to celebrate his friend Fat Joe’s birthday this weekend. The New York Knicks star made a quick trip back to the East Coast after spending time in Los Angeles. He had just attended a big wedding in Malibu with several stars. Still, Brunson made sure he did not miss Joe’s special night.

According to TMZ, Brunson flew back to New York on Sunday for Joe’s birthday party. He had been in Los Angeles for Karl-Anthony Towns and Jordyn Woods’ wedding on Saturday. The wedding was held in Malibu and featured celebrity guests from sports and entertainment fields. Brunson then headed east and arrived at Radio Park in Manhattan that same evening.
Joe celebrated his 56th birthday at Radio Park, which sits above Radio City Music Hall. The party featured several well-known music and sports personalities. Allen Iverson and DJ Khaled were among the guests at the celebration. Teyana Taylor, Yung Miami, Mary J. Blige and Jadakiss also joined the birthday fun.
N.O.R.E., Raekwon, Fabolous and Remy Ma were also among the stars at the party. Brunson’s father, Rick Brunson, joined the celebration as well. DJ Envy also came out to celebrate with Joe. The guest list showed the close connection between Joe and his famous friends.
