Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are reportedly adjusting to a different routine after their whirlwind newlywed period. The couple’s demanding careers have ended their nearly inseparable pre-wedding days, but a source said they remain happily settled into married life.
The newlyweds reportedly spent months together before their July 3 Madison Square Garden wedding. Now, Swift is focusing on new music while Kelce prepares for another NFL season.
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are trying to adjust to married life and demanding work schedules
A source told Page Six that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are “figuring out their new normal” after spending so much time together before their wedding.
“Taylor and Travis spent so much time together in the months leading up to the wedding, and they were pretty much inseparable,” the insider said. “Now they’re settling into this new rhythm as a married couple and really enjoying what that feels like.”
According to the outlet, the pair still enjoy the novelty of officially becoming husband and wife. The source said they “still light up” when using those titles and feel excited about this new chapter.
However, their work calendars have pulled them back toward separate professional worlds. Swift has reportedly been pouring herself into songwriting and feels creatively inspired by what is taking shape.
“Songwriting has been her main focus, and she’s really excited about what’s taking shape,” the source said.
Meanwhile, Kelce has reportedly gone all-in on football as he prepares for another Kansas City Chiefs season. The insider said the tight end is “completely dialed in” on his team and having the best season possible.
Other entertainment opportunities can apparently wait. Although Kelce has discussed potential projects with networks and studios, football remains his priority.
The NFL star confirmed in March that he would return to the Chiefs. He also said on The Pat McAfee Show that Swift shared his lifelong passion for their respective careers.
The couple’s busy schedules mark a major shift from their engagement period. Still, the source insisted they are enjoying the adjustment rather than struggling with it.
“Their schedules look very different now than they did in the months leading up to the wedding,” the insider explained. “But they’re really enjoying finding their rhythm as a married couple.”
