Dorit Kemsley Ordered to Sell $7M Mansion as PK Divorce Gets Messier

Dorit Kemsley, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, is facing another major issue in her divorce battle from PK Kemsley. The estranged couple must now sell their $7 million Los Angeles home after a judge stepped in over their fight about the property’s bills.

A judge ordered the sale of Dorit and PK Kemsley’s $7M Los Angeles home

As reported by TMZ, the couple’s six-bedroom, 10-bathroom home will be put on the market, with Dorit agreeing to the sale. The judge also ordered her to move out by November.

The decision came during a Wednesday divorce hearing, where Dorit and PK were arguing over money and the home’s mortgage. PK claimed Dorit had not been paying the mortgage. However, Dorit argued that PK should be covering the bills and said he had enough money to pay the debt.

Their lawyers have now worked out a deal to sell the property. Dorit hired real estate agent Zach Goldsmith, who appeared on Netflix’s Buying Beverly Hills, to handle the sale.

The two had previously blamed each other for delaying the process. PK said Dorit was holding up the sale, while the RHOBH star claimed PK was refusing to sign the agreement with Goldsmith.

The judge has now ordered the home to be sold with Goldsmith as the listing agent. PK will also become a manager of the LLC that owns the property and help with the sale.

Meanwhile, Dorit must cover the home’s utilities, including past-due bills. PK will continue paying the mortgage until Dorit moves out, but he will be reimbursed from the sale proceeds. He will also get back other money he spent on the property after their separation.

The judge, however, denied PK’s request for sanctions against Dorit.
