According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Jillian responded to Mowitz’s request. Mowitz requested that the court either reactivate or install security cameras at their marital residence where Jillian resides alone. He also requested that the judge prevent Kroy from entering the property or contacting his children. Jillian said Mowitz has not shown that Kroy poses a danger to the kids.
Jillian also pointed to Kroy’s custody history in her filing. She said Kroy was awarded primary custody of his children in his divorce from Kim. Jillian questioned the need for cameras or restrictions involving Kroy. She also said she met Kroy only after Mowitz’s “notorious and publicized adulterous affair” with Kim Zolciak.
The situation also connects Kim to Jillian and Mowitz’s divorce case. Jillian had previously issued a subpoena to Kim and questioned her regarding gifts Mowitz purchased for “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star. Meanwhile, Jillian and Kroy have spent time together in recent months. Earlier, the two have been seen on what seemed like dates.
In her court filing, Jillian also attacked Kim’s public persona. She stated that Kim’s work is all about sharing provocative content.
