Madelyn Cline showed off her sheer tank top with her Tom Ford cardigan styled unbuttoned and slipping off her shoulders. The “Outer Banks” star wore the outfit in a portrait accompanying her latest interview with The Hollywood Reporter. The publication’s official Instagram page shared a photo of her look on August 20.
Madelyn Cline leaves Tom Ford cardigan unbuttoned to show sheer tank top for THR
Madelyn Cline wore a monochromatic knit ensemble in a new portrait for The Hollywood Reporter. She wore a scoop-neck tank top from Tom Ford, which currently retails for $1,850. Crafted from a semi-sheer, ribbed knit infused with velvet-textured vertical striping and micro sequins, the slim-cut top featured ultra-thin shoulder straps and an elongated torso. It layered seamlessly over the mid-length skirt, also from Tom Ford.
The vertical ribbing created a continuous, elongating line. The $2,550 skirt featured a kick-flare hem, a lace-trim belt, an elasticated waistband and a removable underskirt. Further, its hem tapered into a delicate semi-translucent fringe detail that let black pointed-toe pumps peek through. A lightweight knit cardigan added a layer and relaxed movement to the look. She wore it off the shoulders and gathered around her elbows.
The open knit fabric allowed the light to filter through. The shoes remained classic and sharp, grounding the soft knit textures with a pointed toe. The rest of her styling also echoed the dark, monochromatic palette. She sported multiple stacked rings, from Spinelli Kilcollin and Melinda, across her fingers, providing a metallic contrast against the black fabric.
Cline wore her hair down in loose waves with a middle part, and the soft warm-blonde highlights caught the studio lighting. Meanwhile, the makeup featured polished brows, a warm neutral eye look with defined lashes, a subtle dusting of rosy blush, and a satin nude-pink lip. In another portrait from the shoot, she wore an Isabel Marant Nevana satin maxi dress and paired it with Paris Texas Lidia Mules.
