Gymnastics star Livvy Dunne is officially bringing back her intense college training routine. Recently, the LSU athlete posted an energetic fitness video on social media showcasing her heavy strength session. She humorously revealed that soft pilates classes were no longer challenging enough for her.
Consequently, she returned to her demanding D1 college workout roots. Naturally, her stylish workout outfit captured immediate attention while she powered through squats and flip bar tricks outdoors.
Livvy Dunne sweats it out in micro shorts and NOBULL sneakers
Specifically, Livvy chose a sleek and functional outfit designed for high-intensity movement. She wore a fitted white scoop-neck tank top with thin straps and ribbed fabric. In addition, she paired the top with high-waisted black micro shorts that hugged her athletic frame.
She pulled her golden-blonde hair into a neat high ponytail and secured it with a thick white headband. Furthermore, she wore crisp white crew socks pulled up past her ankles to complete the sporty look.
For footwear, Livvy selected a pair of vibrant white NOBULL training sneakers. The eye-catching athletic shoes featured bright coral-pink soles and bold lettering along the sides. These supportive sneakers offered perfect stability as she began her heavy dumbbell routine on a black exercise mat. The video‘s caption reads, “back to business in my @nobull.”
First, she picked up two heavy dumbbells and held them firmly against her chest. She then performed deep squats with perfect form while staying balanced in her NOBULL shoes. Immediately after completing her squats, she pressed the heavy weights high above her head.
Next, Livvy moved to an outdoor metal squat rack set up in her backyard. She jumped up and grabbed the overhead pull-up bar with both hands. With remarkable gymnastics power, she pulled herself up and gracefully flipped her body completely over the bar.
Ultimately, she landed smoothly on her feet and raised both hands in victory. Livvy once again proved that high-performance athletic gear and top-tier fitness go hand in hand.
