It seems Meghan Markle is “plotting” to expand her brand. After her As Ever newsletter was released with glimpses of her family, sources believe this was her way to “soft launch” for something bigger and better. The Duchess of Sussex’s current lifestyle brand was launched in early this year, and the line includes jams, wines, candles, hot drinks, baking mixes, and more.

Meghan Markle might soon be growing her brand and venture into something new. Multiple sources believe that with the latest newsletter of her As Evert brand, the actor has seemingly hinted at something new and is planning a “mommy empire.” Sources told #ShuterScoop that the duchess’ recent Thanksgiving newsletter, which painted a sweet family picture, is “breadcrumbs pointing toward a modern-motherhood empire.”

Confirming the same, an entertainment insider told the outlet that the mom of two seems to be looking for new ideas that can be loved by many. As per the individual, Markle might be planning either a children’s lifestyle brand, a digital creative hub, or family-friendly programming, among others. “She’s leaning into warm, seasonal, mom-centered energy,” another source also noted the same. “It feels like a soft launch of a bigger branding play.”

However, executives feel she could come up with a brand that caters to all needs. They think the platform could include a parenting guide and also have a lifestyle and high-end wellness experience. Meanwhile, others believe she might get into family-focused storytelling.

The brand of the 44-year-old star was previously named American Riviera Orchard. However, she renamed it to As Ever and announced the news in February on her Instagram. At the time, The Sun reported that after trademarking her brand for “hospitality services,” Markle could be planning to add hotels and restaurants to her lifestyle brand, which will include “provision of food and drink” and temporary lodgings.
