Ahead of their game against the Indianapolis Colts, the Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end could be seen with some eye-catching jewellery. His rose gold rainbow-looking Rolex was hard to miss and is apparently a super rare gem from the famous company.
For someone on the kind of budget Travis has, a specialty item like that will surely feel like chunk change. Last year, he became the highest-paid player in the NFL at his position when signing a two-year contract extension with the Chiefs for an estimated $34.25 million. His image went skyrocketed when news of his relationship to Taylor Swift came out.
Travis Kelce’s rainbow rolex could be worth $500,000
When you and your future wife are as rich as Travis and Taylor, you can afford to splurge on extravagant gifts. The Rolex we saw Travis wearing on Sunday is reportedly worth $500,000. It features 36 baguette-cut sapphires arranged in a rainbow gradient on the bezel.
The Everose gold version of that watch first came out in 2018. The likes of rapper Drake, English football star Harry Kane, and now Travis are among the big names seen wearing that watch. Travis’ teammate with the Chiefs, quarterback Patrick Mahomes, wears a similar watch with a black dial.
That’s not the only high-priced jewelry that Travis has in his collection. The Chiefs superstar owns several Rolexes, including an 18-karat gold Day-Date and a Datejust with a diamond dial. On a recent episode of his sister-in-law Kylie’s podcast, Not Gonna Lie, Travis admitted he would lie for Kylie’s daughters. Kylie is the wife of Travis’ brother and New Heights co-host, former offensive lineman Jason Kelce.
In Sunday’s game, Travis caught four passes from Patrick for 43 yards as the Chiefs came back to beat the Colts 23-20.
