Former Prince Andrew, now Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, has undergone increased scrutiny by British citizens regarding his ties to convicted sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. The U.S. Congress has requested his testimony under oath, which he has resisted.
Prince Andrew’s name appeared on the latest documents related to Epstein’s estate, which were published on Friday, October 17. This was the day the prince abdicated his Duke of York title and honors.
75% of polled Brits say Prince Andrew should testify about Jeffrey Epstein in America

Insiders revealed to RadarOnline that “huge public unrest” could erupt when he relocates from Royal Lodge.
Also a YouGov poll of 4,500-plus respondents has shown 75% of Britons think Andrew should testify in the U.S. about his association with Jeffrey. The poll reveals only 9% of Brits disagree that he should testify, with 16% undecided.
Radaronline.com sources mention the tensions about Andrew’s eviction from the 30-room mansion, which he has lived in for decades. Word is the former prince has no place to hide. By refusing to testify, the situation has become heated. A source close to the royal family said, “The worry is that the refusal to testify has become symbolic – and once he’s out in the open, the reaction could be volatile.”
Andrew and ex-wife Sarah Ferguson have until Christmas to vacate their premises, per Prince Charles.
In 2022, the former prince paid sex trafficking victim Virginia Giuffre $16 million in a civil lawsuit settlement. Virginia alleged she had sex with Andrew when she was only 17 years old, but he has denied this claim.
Virginia, who allegedly died by suicide last April, was one of Jeffrey’s most vocal accusers. He also died by suicide back in August 2019 while awaiting trial in a New York City prison for sex trafficking of minors and conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of minors charges.
