Neil Patrick Harris recently gave an interview to Parade Magazine, where he opened up about Christmas and how his family celebrates their annual traditions. The “How I Met Your Mother” alum also discussed how he usually happens to be the easiest person to shop for in his entire family because everyone else in the family spins in various directions.
It seems like the holidays are a very special time for him. Harris also opened up about the fact that he doesn’t usually like eggnog, but he is slowly and steadily considering becoming a fan. Harris also told Parade how his teenage daughter, Harper, had the most unexpected wishlist for Christmas this year, which left him feeling shocked.
It looks like she wanted a vintage Chanel bag. Harris affectionately told, “She has really good taste in clothes and shoes, and everything is very expensive. That’s not the problem. The problem is every two or three days, she wants something new.” The father of two recalled, “She sends us a link to a Chanel purse. A vintage Chanel purse. Boy, this is a great price, $2,000. Normally it’s more than that.’” Harris then mentioned how he told her that he won’t buy her all of these things.
As it turns out, this incident happened to be a very hilarious and relatable moment for parents around the globe.
