Thought you couldn’t fancy Hudson Williams any more than you already do? Think again! The Heated Rivalry actor, who plays Shane Hollander on the enemies-to-lovers romance series, just revealed he wants to “get bigger, juicier, thicker.”
Hudson Williams shared his workout secrets
In an interview with Men’s Health, Hudson shared details of his workout routine. And he also admitted he’s been in the gym since the age of six. As for what he actually does in the gym, Hudson typically opts for an hour-long full-body workout. He does this three to four times a week.
Some of Hudson’s preferred exercises, which he kept up while training for Heated Rivalry, include Bulgarian split squats, overhead tricep extensions, and lying dumbbell curls. We’re sweating just thinking about all that, to be honest!
Looking ahead, Hudson has big plans for his body for season two, which has – thankfully! – already been confirmed. “I want to get as big as he was in the first season,” the actor said of his on-screen lover and co-star, Connor Storrie. “I want to get bigger, juicier, thicker.”
He continued: “I want to put on 10 pounds of muscle.”
Unsurprisingly, Hudson’s comments (and the accompanying visuals) went down a real treat with fans. “Truly, I need help and a social media break because why am I here watching a Men’s Health video on repeat?” one person said on Instagram. “I’m bookmarking this to watch before bed,” added another.
“Who do I need to thank for this gift?” a third fan commented, as another chimed in with: “I have not known peace since this man hit our screens.”
Someone else said what we’re all thinking: “I’ve seen this an unhealthy amount of times.”
