Following Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s arrest on suspicion of misconduct in public office, all eyes are on the Royal Family.
To recap, the former Prince was arrested on the morning of February 19 (his 66th birthday). He was arrested at his home in Norfolk and is currently being held in custody. That said, the location where Andrew is being held has not been revealed.
Prince William and Kate Middleton support King Charles’ statement

Although King Charles has provided a statement in response to his brother’s unprecedented arrest, Prince William and Kate Middleton will not. Instead, it is understood that they are fully supportive of the statement given by His Majesty.
“I have learned with the deepest concern the news about Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and suspicion of misconduct in public office,” the monarch said earlier today. “What now follows is the full, fair and proper process by which this issue is investigated.”
The statement continued: “In this, as I have said before, they have our full and wholehearted support and co-operation. Let me state clearly: the law must take its course.”
“As this process continues, it would not be right for me to comment further on this matter,” the monarch added. “Meanwhile, my family and I will continue in our duty and service to you all.”
Despite no direct response from the Prince and Princess of Wales to Andrew’s arrest, they recently broke their silence on the Jeffrey Epstein files. “The Prince and Princess have been deeply concerned by the continuing revelations,” a spokesperson said of Andrew’s inclusion in the recent batch of documents. “Their thoughts remain focused on the victims.”
Andrew features heavily in the millions of files released in relation to the convicted sex offender. While inclusion is not an indication of any wrongdoing, the files have put a renewed spotlight on the disgraced royal.
