Keith Urban has reportedly parted ways with his management team. This piece of news comes after manager Gary Borman announced his retirement and revealed he is shutting down his company, Borman Entertainment. The conclusion of his professional relationship with the team comes amid his divorce from Nicole Kidman, which happened last month.

Keith Urban and his manager reportedly part ways

Urban was managed by Borman Entertainment, led by Gary Borman, for 25 years. However, Borman recently announced that he’s retiring and closing off his management business. This has led to the end of the company’s relationship with Urban. This means that Urban could need to hire a new management team amid this professional split.

In a statement released to Page Six, Urban reflected on his working relationship with the management and expressed gratitude. He said, “I’m so grateful to Gary (and my entire Borman Nashville family) for the most incredible and successful time together. It was extraordinary – what we were able to accomplish together – and I’ll forever be grateful for the creative and collaborative spirit we were all a part of for so long.”

Wishing the team well on their future endeavors, he further added, “I wish Gary and everyone at Borman Entertainment the very best journey ahead and look forward to what the future holds for all of us.” The news about Urban losing his management team came over a month after his divorce from Kidman was finalized. The divorce was filed by Kidman in September 2025, citing irreconcilable differences.

The Babygirl actress earlier opened up on how she tackles life challenges during a conversation with Harper’s Bazaar. She said, “There’s something to knowing that no matter how painful, or how difficult, or how devastating something is, there is a way through.”

“You’re going to have to feel it. You’re not going to be able to numb it. You are going to have to feel it, and it’s going to feel insurmountable at times. You’re going to feel like you’re broken, but if you move gently and slowly – and it can take an enormous amount of time – it does pass,” she further elaborated on her coping mechanism.
