While speaking with guest Mark Halperin, Megyn Kelly discussed Demi Moore and Oprah Winfrey’s weight loss transformations. She referenced seeing Moore at an event the week before, asking Halperin, “Did you see Demi Moore at that whatever event that was last week where she was in the full leather with a little dog?” Kelly added, “She looks like she weighs 90 pounds. She looks like she could get blown away if a good spring breeze came through.”
The host and Halperin talked about weight loss trends and how they believe they can affect someone’s appearance. Kelly passed this comment during a general discussion about celebrities changing in the spotlight.
Besides, Kelly commented on Winfrey’s recent Fashion Week moment. She said, “Oprah is skinnier than I am now,” adding, “She looks, like, next to skin and bones, Mark Halperin.” The TV host added, “I would not have recognized this as Oprah Winfrey if it were not labeled as such by the videotaker online.”
Halperin responded by criticizing the look of what he called “fallen faces,” and said, “It is not proven that this is a healthy way to live.
