The star of an old Nickelodeon program was busted for alleged burglary in Malibu this week.
Chris O’Neal was booked and taken to the Los Angeles County jail. The 31-year-old was among many people who got detained in the alleged incident. Reports suggest a caller told police he saw three people entering a home, apparently breaking and entering. Before this news, Chris had been living a relatively quiet life by all accounts. He hadn’t posted anything on social media since November of last year.

The co-star of How to Rock, spent some time in lockup following the apparent burglary. TMZ reports that Chris was booked into the LASD Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s station jail following the alleged early morning incident.
The person who called the police claimed that security camera footage saw three people inside a home. Sources say the alleged suspects entered through the rear and manipulated the cameras.
Before rising to fame on the Nickelodeon program, Chris appeared in his share of commercials as well as a sketch for Saturday Night Live. How to Rock tells the story of a mean girl who loses her popularity after getting braces. She finds a new way to express herself by forming a band, with Chris, among others. In the show, Chris plays Kevin Reed. The show aired 25 episodes on Nickelodeon.
Since that show ended, Chris has had a few small roles now and again. He played Dwayne in the 2018 series Colin in Black & White, about NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick. Nick Offerman co-stars in that Netflix series.
Chris has been released due to insufficient evidence against him.
