Jon Stewart Drops F-Bomb While Slamming Donald Trump’s ICE Idea

Talk show host Jon Stewart recently took a dig at Donald Trump. This was in response to Trump’s idea of sending ICE agents to the airports to assist the TSA. The US President made the announcement of the deployment of ICE troops to multiple airports on March 22. The update comes amid the country’s ongoing war against Iran.

Jon Stewart calls out Donald Trump for sending ICE agents to airport

Jon Stewart recently went on to throw shade at Donald Trump for deploying ICE troops at airports to assist the TSA agents with handling security queues.

On March 22, Trump announced on Truth Social, “On Monday, ICE will be going to airports to help our wonderful TSA Agents who have stayed on the job despite the fact that the Radical Left Democrats, who are only focused on protecting hard line criminals who have entered our Country illegally, are endangering the USA by holding back the money that was long ago agreed to with signed and sealed contracts, and all.”

Trump went ahead and took the credit for coming up with the idea. He said, “182 years ago, a man discovered the paper clip.“ He continued, ”It was so simple. And everybody that looked at it said, ‘Why didn’t I think of that?’ ICE was my idea.”

Commenting on Trump’s decision, Stewart stated, “We’re sending in ICE agents to calm the situation. It’s kind of like the way we calm our dogs during thunderstorms with a blanket of fireworks. Who the f**k even thought it was a good idea to send America’s most hair-trigger agency into America’s most hair-raising environment?”

Furthermore, Stewart suggested that Trump seems to have been possessed while making the aforementioned decision. The talk show host also conveyed that the idea was “f***ing stupid.”

According to the BBC, the directive was passed by Trump amid the long queues forming at airport security checkpoints. This is because many TSA agents are resigning or calling out after not being paid due to partial government shutdowns. ICE troops have been stationed in 14 airports in the country, including the ones in New York, Atlanta, and Houston.
