Donald Trump’s Death Will Be Treated as ‘Mardi Gras’, Says Radio Host

Radio host Charlamagne The God recently called out Donald Trump for his post about Robert Mueller after his death. Trump posted a celebratory message on Truth Social after Mueller’s death on March 20. Mueller, who was the FBI director from 2001 to 2013, investigated the link between Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign and Russia.

Charlamagne The God slams Donald Trump for Robert Mueller’s post

Charlamagne The God lashed out at Donald Trump for his comment on Robert Mueller’s death on the recent episode of his The Breakfast Club podcast. The radio host further asserted that Trump is putting himself in a spot where, when he passes, “people are going to treat it like Mardi Gras (a celebration) in New Orleans.”

After Mueller passed away at the age of 81 on March 20, Trump took to the Truth Social platform and wrote, “Robert Mueller just died. Good, I’m glad he’s dead. He can no longer hurt innocent people! President DONALD J. TRUMP.”

Criticizing Trump for his words, Charlamagne stated, “Trump don’t like Robert Mueller. So, I didn’t expect him to have anything nice to say about Robert Mueller after he passed, but, damn sure didn’t expect him to say this. The reason he’s getting donkey of the day is because if you know, uh, you, Donald Trump, care about legacy as much as you claim to, boy, you are really ruining yours. I mean, you’ve already ruined yours.”

He also asserted that, despite Trump naming buildings after his name or having any holidays after him, he has “hurt way too many people.” Thus, the President is going to get “back the energy you put out,” Charlamagne conveyed. Moreover, the radio host went on to claim that Trump will “go down as the worst president of all time,” who doesn’t care about democracy.
