The previous year’s winner gets to choose the menu for a fancy meal with other past winners. Hence, when the New Heights podcast’s X (formerly Twitter) account shared Travis and Jason Kelce’s humorous takes on what they would serve, fans jumped on the bandwagon, treating it with the seriousness it deserved.
For those curious, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end’s menu features Mama Kelce’s dinner rolls with butter and Georgio’s Pizza. It also includes smashburger, and “southern style, super salty” fried chicken with mac & cheese. For dessert, Travis is serving key lime pie in honor of his father, Ed Kelce, and a Dairy Queen ice cream cake.
Meanwhile, Jason’s menu also kicks off with Mama Kelce’s dinner rolls, but then goes full-on comfort food. He is serving Ed Kelce’s ricotta-packed casserole, a fancy peanut butter and jelly sandwich, Hamburger Helper for nostalgia’s sake, and “The Augusta Way” beans and weenies. Desserts include their father’s key lime pie and Dunkaroos, if they are still available.
