At first glance, Cardi B’s outfit appeared to be a bodysuit, but it was actually a coordinated set comprising a bra and a structured corset. Cuoco revealed that the whole outfit featured stone work of tiger eyes, larimar, and turquoise beads. Further, it had stone pendants and wooden beaded fringes. The animal-print bra base was from Fredericks of Hollywood.
Meanwhile, the cheetah-print leather underbust corset was custom-made and came with hand-twisted leather fringe and feathers. At the back, the corset had a lace-up detail. The most striking detail of Cardi B’s outfit was the massive backpiece, which formed a huge fan-like structure behind her. Cuoco mentioned that the team used over 800 peacock feathers throughout the outfit, including the backpiece. She was also wearing matching cuffs with small turquoise accents.
Styled by Kollin Carter, the “Bodak Yellow” rapper completed her look with knee-high boots, accented with similar details. She wore her hair in voluminous waves that balanced the sharp, angular lines of the feather backpiece. Her makeup was simple, featuring a nude lip, black eyeliner, and contoured complexion.
