Prince William Has ‘Eyes On’ People He Wants Out of Monarchy — Source

Speculation is growing around how Prince William could shape the monarchy when his time comes. New insider claims reportedly suggest he may already be taking steps to define a smaller and more controlled royal circle.

The reported focus is on minimizing risk and maintaining a consistent image. Although these details are not verified publicly, they offer a glimpse into what some believe could be a more modern approach to royal leadership.

Prince William reportedly wants to slim down the monarchy, claims source

Sources claim that Prince William is aiming for a smaller, more streamlined monarchy as he prepares for his eventual role as king. One insider alleged that he plans to cut “anyone he feels is coasting or trading off the royal name.”

The same source claimed this process may have already begun, pointing to reported distancing from figures such as Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, along with their parents ex-Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson.

These claims are being framed as part of a broader effort to tighten the monarchy’s structure. “There are plenty more he has his eyes on. He’s not done yet,” the source added, per National Enquirer.

Previously, an insider described the approach as “hard-nosed.” They alleged that William is willing to make difficult decisions if he believes they will protect the institution’s long-term reputation. The reported goal, according to sources, is to ensure a “scandal-free” future by setting firm boundaries and limiting potential risks.

However, insiders also claim this strategy is not only about exclusion. There is said to be equal focus on building a trusted inner circle. One name mentioned in reports is James Mountbatten-Windsor.

Reportedly, he is seen as a reliable and “grounded” figure for the monarchy’s future. Sources claim he represents the kind of next-generation royal William values: committed and low-profile.

The idea of a “slimmed-down monarchy” has been discussed for years. However, these latest claims suggest William may take a more decisive approach than his predecessors. Still, sources emphasize that these decisions are allegedly driven by long-term planning rather than personal grievances.
