Taylor Swift & Fiance’s Privacy Prioritized at NYC After Past Incident — Report

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce can draw attention without even trying, which means their recent NYC outing came with extra planning, as they already deal with a lot of scrutiny around their wedding. A Manhattan private club reportedly took special steps to keep the couple’s evening private, especially after a past problem at the same spot. This time, staff reportedly moved early to stop photos before Swift and Kelce even arrived.

NYC club reportedly ensured to protect Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s privacy on night-out

Page Six exclusively reported that Casa Cipriani, the members-only club in the Financial District of NYC, put extra efforts to protect Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce during their Friday visit last week.

The outlet pointed to a 2023 incident at the club, when photos of Swift on a date with then-boyfriend Matty Healy surfaced online. At the time, Page Six reported that the club revoked the memberships of at least three members for breaking its strict no-photos policy — and this time, the club reportedly did not want a repeat.

Hence, before Swift arrived with Kelce, staff reportedly approached some guests sitting on the terrace and told them to put their phones away, without explaining. An insider claimed, “They couldn’t even use them to check email,” adding, “No one knew why, though.”

Page Six reported that the reason became clear when Swift and Kelce arrived with a group of friends. Yet the couple reportedly changed course once they arrived. A canopy on the terrace allegedly leaked, and Swift and Kelce did not want to get wet. So, the couple reportedly went inside and spent their evening in the venue’s jazz club.

The privacy measures show how much effort can go into something as simple as dinner or drinks with friends for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, especially as fans wait for details about their much-anticipated wedding.
