The court battle between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni continues (yes, still…). In the latest turn of events, Blake claims the online fallout from the case has cost millions of dollars. The actress says she hired an expert to determine the financial impact of her damaged reputation.

Blake is suing Justin’s company for a whopping $161 million. Her legal team have clarified the sums she is seeking in court documents. These include $56 million in past and future earnings, $49 million in losses to her haircare company, and $22 million for her Betty Buzz beverage company, per TMZ.

In new court documents, Blake explained that her team hired an expert to calculate how much the drama has cost her. The actress claims the expert found there were 176 million impressions online that demonstrated the damage to her reputation. These included incidents of people calling her a “mean girl,” a “bully,” and “tone deaf.”

Apparently, the expert concluded that the “mean girl” label has ultimately caused reputational harm amounting to $36.5 million-$40.5 million.

Justin and his team reportedly “scoffed” at the hefty sums.

A judge dismissed the majority of Blake’s claims earlier this month. The pair will have their legal drama played out in court on May 18 in New York.

In a statement posted to her Instagram story, Blake said she will “never stop fighting.” She wrote: “I’m grateful for the Court’s ruling which allows the heart of my case to be presented to a jury next month, and for the ability to finally tell my story in full at trial, for my own sake, but also for those who don’t have the same opportunity to.”
