Logan Paul has enraged fans of the anime One Piece yet again on the internet. The 31-year-old podcaster recently declared his love for One Piece by showing off his exclusive collection on his X account and talking about it. However, he pronounced the name of One Piece’s protagonist incorrectly. This was enough to infuriate the internet, which doubted his authenticity as a true manga fan.
Manga fans outraged over Logan Paul’s latest One Piece post
Manga fans express their displeasure over Logan Paul’s latest One Piece post. Paul shared a photo of himself reading the manga on an airplane. He captioned the photo with, “After reading this, I’m not convinced the One Piece is real.” Unsurprisingly, the post garnered 7.5K likes, 1.5K reposts, 1.7K comments, and 995 bookmarks.
Interestingly, he was even dressed as the protagonist, Monkey D. Luffy. Paul wore a red sleeveless shirt paired with denim three-fourths, complete with a straw hat. However, the internet is still convinced that the podcaster is not a true One Piece fan and is, in fact, using it for clout. One fan commented, “Sybau. You don’t know s**t about One Piece.” A second fan wrote, “Who tf asked for your opinion?”
A third fan theorized, “Logan is opened to around halfway through the magazine’s pages, even though this issue of SJ was One Piece’s debut and had it lined up first out of 20 other manga. So basically he’s not even looking at One Piece rn.” Also, a fourth fan noted, “Ohh… he must be cosplaying fake Luffy.”
Furthermore, a fifth fan penned, “You know nothing about collecting manga, fool! Plus, it’s a magazine which only showcases a single chapter lol.” Finally, one fan remarked, “You are the f***ing larp king, you motherf***er, and you don’t know s**t about One Piece, and you only bought the One Piece manga to piss off IShowSpeed, then you bought the Dragon Ball manga to piss off Dragon Ball fans, you piece of s**t.”
