An alleged sexual assault victim is trying to force the hand of Stefon Diggs. Christopher Blake Griffith wants the NFL star to reveal footage from his security tape. Evidently, he believes this contains critical evidence in the lawsuit Christopher filed against the former New England Patriots wide receiver.
Christopher has filed a motion with a judge to have Stefon hand over video footage. He alleges that he was drugged and sexually assaulted by the star athlete. The alleged incident occurred in 2023 in Maryland. According to Christopher, Stefon made unwanted advances on him throughout the night. Stefon filed a countersuit against him, accusing Christopher of defamation.
Christopher Blake Griffith made another request of the judge

Regardless of what it may contain, Christopher is looking for answers. TMZ reports that he wants Stefon to turn over details and materials regarding security systems, along with access logs for Stefon’s home in Maryland, for the period from May 20, 2023, to May 22 of that year. It’s around that time when the alleged incident involving them took place.
His claim is that Stefon was going to look into this matter, but Christopher says that he has yet to update him on that front. Christopher says that Stefon knew he filed a police report while adding that if security footage from the day in question was not saved, it could raise “serious questions of spoliation.” This latest demand from Christopher follows his motion last week to have Stefon hand over his financial information.
Stefon’s countersuit claims that Christopher’s allegations had a huge impact on him financially while also damaging his reputation. Christopher claims that he and Stefon hung out together at a celebrity basketball game years ago. He believes that a violent attack was orchestrated against him not long after. For his part, Stefon has denied any wrongdoing on his part.
