A social media influencer wants more details about Stefon Diggs. Specifically, Christopher Blake Griffin is requesting that the court order the NFL star receiver to turn over his financial information. Christopher is suing him for alleged sexual assault, with the latter filing a countersuit accusing Christopher of defamation.
According to Christopher, Stefon has been stonewalling him and refusing to disclose his financials. The influencer’s legal team wants proof that this lawsuit has hurt the four-time Pro Bowler financially.

Christopher’s team appears to be pushing the envelope in this lawsuit. Documents obtained by TMZ show that his lawyers want to compel the former New England Patriots receiver to produce evidence that the sexual assault allegations have hurt him money-wise and in other respects. According to Christopher Stefon, the athlete is resisting the discovery process, with his lawyer saying the athlete “does not get to sue and hide.”
Back in November, with the NFL season in full swing, Christopher made the explosive allegations against Stefon. He alleges that the former First-team All-Pro drugged, sexually assaulted, and later conspired to kill him. That prompted Stefon to file a countersuit against Christopher, who says the allegations have seriously damaged his reputation.
For his part, Stefon may have a couple of things to use as proof of his reputation being hurt by this. He and Cardi B broke up in February, reportedly days before Stefon was to play in the Super Bowl for the Patriots. The Patriots released him in March despite leading the team in receiving yards during the previous regular season.
The new documents filed in court by Christopher’s team claim that Stefon’s lawsuit was to keep the former quiet. They believe the receiver is trying to obstruct any discovery that would test his claims. As of now, Stefon is still without an NFL team.
