The Valley star Jesse Lally didn’t have his ex-wife’s dating Dr. Dre on his 2026 bingo card. According to Jesse, Michelle Saniei’s alleged romance with the rapper came out of nowhere. Jesse doesn’t think she even listens to rap music.
While chatting with LA photographers on April 28, the recently published photos of Michelle holding hands with the hip hop legend came up.
Jesse laughed the whole thing off, saying that Michelle’s allowed to date whoever she wants, as long as their daughter Isabella Lally is happy. Although he doesn’t believe his ex is super knowledgeable about rap music, he’s pleased for her.
Jesse’s daughter had a hard time after Michelle’s split with Aaron Nosler
Ironically, the first cassette tape Jesse ever purchased was an NWA album back in 1988. That was also the year Michelle was born. Dr. Dre was born in 1965, so that makes him 61, approximately 33 years older than Michelle. The age gap could eventually be a problem, but if they’re enjoying each other’s company, who cares?
Despite being please to see his ex moving on, Jesse does have concerns about their five-year-old daughter Isabella in a video via TMZ. When Michelle dated Aaron Nosler following their divorce, Isabella got attached to him. According to Jesse, she had a tough time after they called it quits.
But as long as Michelle makes Isabella her top priority, Jesse says he’s good.
Over the weekend, Michelle was spotted leaving Nobu Malibu hand-in-hand with Dr. Dre. Many were surprised by the photo and wondered if this meant they were dating.
Meanwhile, Jesse’s okay with Dr. Dre, as long as Isabella and her mom are both happy. But I wouldn’t expect to see him on The Valley anytime soon.
