Jamie Pressly is delving into a very different line of work. The actress from My Name Is Earl is joining OnlyFans. The Emmy Award-winning performer joins a growing list of Hollywood names who have begun to show their content on that platform.
She says that she hopes to connect more directly with her audience by starting this page. Jamie has expressed how excited she’s been to meet fans face to face in the past at events like Comic-Con.
The actress is “evolving with the times”
Times continue to change, and Jamie intends to go with the flow. Speaking to TMZ, she says, “I’ve always believed in evolving with the times.” As such, she recently started an OnlyFans page to connect with those who appreciate her work. According to Jamie, her OnlyFans page is a way for her to connect with her audience “on my own terms, with creativity and intention.”
While some have labelled OnlyFans as a raunchy sex site, many celebrities from Hollywood have started up pages on that site. Shannon Elizabeth of American Pie fame joined the website last month. She says her motivation was that she wanted to show off her “sexy side.”
Jamie didn’t delve into OnlyFans solo. She teamed up with Creators Inc CEO Andy Bachman to help shape this new venture for her. Andy believes that the actresses’ mixture of star power and audience connection will lead to huge rewards. He goes on to call her “an elite entertainer.”
Since My Name Is Earl ended its run in 2009, Jamie has made numerous guest appearances on various television shows. Her last film role was as Brenda in The Re-Education of Molly Singer. Last year, she appeared in an episode of Elsbeth as Tiff Giles.
