Former 19 Kids and Counting star Josh Duggar has sent inappropriate messages to wife Anna from jail. He is currently incarcerated at the Washington County Detention Center in Arkansas.
In December 2021, Josh was convicted of two counts of receiving and possessing child pornography. He was sentenced to 151 months behind bars, but this has been extended three times due to prison violations.

According to People, Josh wrote to Anna, “[I] miss you my lover. i miss being in the shower with you scrubbing, i miss watching you try on clothes, i miss watching you being sexy.”
He complimented her on losing weight, writing that he was proud of her for “making the scale numbers lower than expected” and said she should buy “something low cut.”
Adding to the explicit message, he wrote, “[O]r you can try on clothes and send me a pic of you in your bra and panties 😉 or try on ‘go to the private pool for sun’ swimsuit? btw you should order you a 2-piece swimsuit since summer is coming on soon, get something hot and fun.”
Josh ended his message to Anna with “I LOVE YOU FOREVER! HUGS AND KISSES … AND EVERYTHING ELSE TOO! XOXOXOXOXO O: I LOVE YOU SEXY! x: :}v :}OvO.”
In another message days later, he wrote, “p.s. – send pics asap as requested, imlied (sic), inferred or otherwise stated lol. nice one(s) with your twos in it! (OvO).”
A week later, he sent Anna a message that he received only one photo. “p.s. – i cant (sic) wait till we can be alone again. i miss ALL of you! what specificially (sic) are you thinking/dreaming/fantasizing about today that you miss? i miss you and me being US! tell me later? :O” he wrote.
According to People, after his conviction but prior to sentencing, Josh wrote Anna that he had “some great ideas of what we could be doing.” This included “a really awesome foot rub,” “a back rub” or “something relaxing. And then we could really have some fun … once we were nice and relaxed! So many memories flooding my mind right now.”
