Sienna Miller Welcomes Third Child at 44 Years Old: ‘It’s Happened!’

Sienna Miller is officially a mom of three. While promoting her upcoming movie, Tom Clancy’s “Jack Ryan: Ghost War,” the actress shared that she recently gave birth to her third child and second baby with boyfriend Oli Green. Miller also spoke about the new addition during an interview, even admitting sleep has been hard to come by since the baby arrived.

Sienna Miller and Oli Green are “madly in love” with their newborn

“It’s happened,” Sienna Miller told E! News‘ Will Marfuggi in an exclusive interview, highlighting the surreal feeling. “I have a tiny baby next door,” she added.

Miller has a 13-year-old daughter, Marlowe, with former partner Tom Sturridge, and another daughter with Oli Green, born in early 2024, whose name the couple have kept private.

Miller also said that this pregnancy felt “easier” than her first pregnancy in her twenties. Her third pregnancy became public during The Fashion Awards in London in late 2025 after she stepped out in a sheer white Givenchy gown that showed her baby bump.

“It feels like stringing sentences together is a bit challenging,” she joked. “I’m on very little sleep, but I’m madly in love with my baby.” Notably, the couple was first spotted together in 2022 after they were seen together following the BAFTA Film Awards.

Miller’s relationship with Green became public through red-carpet appearances, including at the Vanity Fair Oscars party. Following this, their age gap quickly became a topic of discussion online, something Miller later addressed in an interview with Grazia.

“The idea of an older woman with a younger man, for example, is still fetishized rather than normalized,” the 44-year-old stated. Miller has also been candid about becoming a mother in her forties. In an interview with Elle UK, the “American Sniper” star revealed she “froze” her eggs after turning 40 because of concerns about fertility.

Now, Miller is preparing for the release of “Jack Ryan: Ghost War,” where she stars opposite John Krasinski as MI6 officer Emma Marlowe. Miller revealed that her character’s surname was inspired by her daughter, Marlowe. However, she admitted the teenager “couldn’t be less interested in my career if I tried.”
