Miranda Kerr’s sons are already ‘fighting’ over KORA Organics, claims report
A recent report by PEOPLE suggests that Miranda Kerr’s sons are eager to take over her beauty company. She founded KORA Organics in 2009 with a focus on products created through a holistic approach that promotes a sense of calm. The company soon expanded and officially launched in the U.S. in 2017.
Kerr recently attended the 16th Annual Earth Day Dinner at the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles. During a panel discussion, she revealed how two of her sons are already eager to become the next CEO of the company.
Referring to her sons Hart and Myles, she said, “Well, actually, a couple of my boys … are fighting [over] who’s going to be the CEO next of Kora.” She also spoke about her oldest son, Flynn, revealing that he is an “artist,” which is why he is not particularly interested in becoming the CEO of KORA. However, she added that he still uses the products, and so do his friends.
During the Earth Day panel discussion, the businesswoman also spoke about the challenges she faced while launching the brand and how she explains her vision to consumers. She said that people simply need to be “mindful and educated” when it comes to the products they use on their skin.
She added, “I’m still 20 years in trying to prove that and doing a lot of research, and you can go online and see all the studies that we’ve done, and the before and after photos. People are always like, ‘Well, it’s organic, maybe it’s not as effective?’ But, actually, there are up to 60% more antioxidants in a certified organic ingredient, so from day one, Kora Organics has been certified organic.”
