In the first Instagram Story shared on Wednesday, May 20, Timothee Chalamet posed in a relaxed mirror selfie while wearing Khy’s unisex Venice Long Shorts from the brand’s Born in LA collection. The actor paired the shorts with a white sleeveless shirt, white crew socks, and Adidas sneakers, for a street-style look. A second Story featured a short clip filmed from Chalamet’s top-down perspective while riding what appeared to be a bike, continuing the laid-back vibe of the post.
Although the actor didn’t directly tag the brand, fans quickly identified the Khy piece and flooded social media with reactions praising him for supporting Kylie Jenner’s business. Jenner first launched Khy in 2023 alongside business partners Jens and Emma Grede before taking over full leadership of the company the following year.
In a recent interview with Vogue Business, Jenner explained that she constantly checks in with her team and remains heavily involved from concept to production. “I’m there every Wednesday, and then I never stop blowing their phones up,” she said while laughing. “Even on the weekend, they’re probably over me now,” Jenner added that she starts each collection with inspiration boards before moving into sketches and endless sample reviews. “I like to see a million samples,” she said.
Jenner and Chalamet first sparked dating rumors in April 2023. They reportedly met during Paris Fashion Week earlier that year. The pair later confirmed the romance publicly when they attended Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour concert together in September 2023.
