In his interview with BBC Radio 2, Paul McCartney shared that Taylor Swift and Olivia Rodrigo once attended a party organized by his wife and daughter. The reporter asked him about Swift doing solo tours like McCartney and if he would like to give some advice to the “Bad Blood” hitmaker. However, the Beatles alum felt that the pop doesn’t really need any advice while noting that he is the “grandad” to that generation.

Further, the 83-year-old talked about a party being organized by his wife and daughter. The English musician named Swift and Rodrigo are among the list of popular celebrities at the event. The two appeared to have attended the party amid their feud rumors. In March, Swift and Rodrigo were also spotted chatting with friends after leaving McCartney’s concert.

Talking about the feud buzz, it all started in 2021. Rodrigo shared that her song, “Deja Vu,” was influenced by Swift’s “Cruel Summer.” Further, it was reported that Swift, Jack Antonoff, and St. Vincent took co-writer credits on Rodrigo’s track. While speculations kept arising, Rodrigo denied feud rumors in her 2023 interview with Rolling Stone. “I don’t have beef with anyone. I’m very chill,” she said.

When asked about the credits thing, she answered, “At the time, it was very confusing.” Rodrigo continued, “It’s not something that I was super involved in. It was more team-on-team. So, I wouldn’t be the best person to ask.” Moreover, she noted, “I don’t think I would ever personally do that. But who’s to say where I’ll be in 20, 30 years. All that I can do is write my songs and focus on what I can control.” Moreover, Swift was seen clapping for Rodrigo’s performance at the VMAs in the same year, suggesting all is cool between the ladies.
