Brad Pitt’s Skincare Brand Sued by ‘Penis Cream’ Company for This Reason

A Malibu-based brand known for its high-end “penis cream” has reportedly sued Hollywood veteran Brad Pitt‘s skincare line over alleged trademark infringement. Beau D., which has been in business since 2020, claims Pitt’s company changed its name to one that is allegedly similar to its own while selling comparable products. Pitt’s company was originally called Le Domaine but was rebranded last summer.

Beau D. sues Brad Pitt for changing the name of his company

A Malibu-based brand, Beau D., whose marquee product is a high-end “penis cream,” has reportedly sued Brad Pitt’s company, Beau Domaine, over alleged trademark infringement.

Beau D., which entered the market in 2020, alleges that Pitt’s company changed its name to one that is confusingly similar to its own while selling similar products. Beau D. entered the market with a lip salve and a product called D. Cream.

Pitt founded the company in 2022 in partnership with the Perrin family. At the time, the company operated under the name Le Domaine. However, in 2025, it was rebranded as Beau Domaine. According to reports, this is when Beau D. began objecting to the name.

The lawsuit was reportedly filed in December. The company is reportedly seeking $75,000 in damages. Beau D. has also requested that Brad Pitt’s skincare line stop using the Beau Domaine name and branding.

Neither Beau Domaine nor Brad Pitt has publicly responded to the allegations.

Reports have suggested that one reason for the lack of response may be Pitt’s ongoing work commitments. The actor has several projects in development. These include Heart of the Beast, The Adventures of Cliff Booth, The Riders, and The Chaperones. There have also been reports of an F1 sequel, which would reportedly see Pitt reprise his role from the Oscar-nominated film.

More details about the case are expected to emerge in the coming weeks.
