Taylor Swift’s former friend Karlie Kloss has reportedly received an invite to the pop star’s upcoming wedding to Travis Kelce following rumors of a feud between them. Daily Mail previously reported that Kloss was not on the guest list due to her alleged proximity to Swift’s nemesis, Scooter Braun. However, as per a new report, it seems Kloss has indeed received an invite to Swift and Kelce’s upcoming summer wedding.

As per a new report by TMZ, Karlie Kloss is invited to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding. Sources revealed to the outlet that Kloss has scored an invite to Swift’s wedding to Kelce, which is reportedly taking place on July 3 in New York City. According to sources, the former best friends have buried the hatchet after years of not being spotted together, following their widely rumored fallout.
The sources shared that there were some issues, but the pair has reconciled now, and Swift has happily added Kloss’ name to her wedding guest list. Swift and Kloss got acquainted at the 2013 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. The pair hit it off and were inseparable at social events, parties, and award shows, and even appeared on a joint cover of Vogue.
However, their once-thriving friendship took a nosedive in 2017 when the “Lover” singer did not attend Kloss’ 2019 wedding to Joshua Kushner. Insiders revealed to the Daily Mail what went wrong in the pair’s once flourishing friendship.
The source shared, “Taylor has meticulously gone through her wedding guest list because the people she wants at her wedding are the people she hopes will remain in her life forever.”
Continuing further, the source shared, “She came to believe that Karlie’s intentions were not as genuine as she once thought, and that the friendship became more about proximity to Taylor’s fame than a real bond.”
Kloss had reportedly invited Swift’s former enemy Katy Perry and Kloss’s then-manager Scooter Braun to her wedding. A month prior, Braun acquired Swift’s former label, Big Machine Label Group, and claimed ownership over her work. It seems that the singer chose to skip her friend’s wedding due to her proximity to Braun.
Swift and Kelce have reportedly already distributed “save-the-dates” amongst friends and family.
