Sydney Sweeney clears her stance on Times Square date with Scooter Braun
Sydney Sweeney recently settled the debate about her Times Square date night with her boyfriend, Scooter Braun. On May 31, the record executive took to Instagram to share a video of himself and the Hollywood actor riding their bikes to Times Square on a night out. In the clip, fans could see the actor in an incognito mode, wearing a blue hoodie and a pair of chic sunglasses.
As the video went on, fans could also see Sweeney enjoying a burger and grooving to music in the busy night street of the popular Manhattan destination. The couple appeared to have had the best time during their date night in Times Square. Meanwhile, in the caption of the post, Braun wrote, “When you’re in bed at 11pm and your girl says “I’ve never been to Times Square….”
Some fans went on to claim that it was not the first time Sweeney had been to Times Square. They were referring to a video footage of the actor with her “Anyone but You” co-star, Glen Powell. In the video, the two actors were discussing the same Manhattan spot.
Now, in her new Vanity Fair interview, the Euphoria actor has finally cleared the fans’ confusion about the Times Square visit. During the interview, the interviewer told the actor, “You and Scooter did an incognito Times Square visit.” The person continued, “and he said it was your first time at Times Square.” The interviewer also added, “But then your fans said it’s not your first time at Times Square.” After that, the interviewer asked, “Do you want to clear up this confusion?”
In response to the question, Sweeney said, “I have never walked around Times Square before.” She continued, “Which was so much fun.” “And I had a blast,” also added the actor. The interviewer then asked, “Like as a human, not for a work thing?” “Yes,” quipped the actor to the question.
