Scooter Braun Has 4-Word Praise for Sydney Sweeney After Knicks Championship

Scooter Braun lavished praise on his girlfriend, Sydney Sweeney, after the Knicks’ historic win at the NBA Championship. The couple attended most games this season and supported the New York Knicks religiously. Notably, Braun and Sweeney reportedly began dating after meeting each other at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s Italian wedding last year.

The Schoolboy Records founder declared his love for the Euphoria star after the Knicks championship. While aboard a private jet from San Antonio after witnessing the Knicks clinch the ultimate win, he raised a toast in his partner’s honor.

As per a now-deleted Instagram video shared by music industry entrepreneur Steve Rifkind, Scooter Braun declared, “Syd, I love you and your family so much. You’re the greatest good luck charm for a New York Knicks and Jets fan in history” (via New York Post).

Moreover, the 44-year-old is now convinced that the “Jets could win the Super Bowl, I don’t know. It could get crazy.” Notably, Braun and Sydney Sweeney sat several rows behind, just as they did for Game 4 at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday.

At the time, the outlet reported on Instagram that Sweeney was reportedly pushed off the Knicks’ celebrity row for NBA Finals Game 4. However, the former music executive jumped to his girlfriend’s defense.

Braun commented on the post, stating, “She surprised me with tickets in the same section with my pops and my brother, so I could share it with them. Let’s keep things positive and get one more! Greatest game of all time. Can’t stop smiling.”

However, the media wasn’t the only one taking a dig at The Housemaid actress. NBA commentator Charles Barkley had an interesting reaction to Sydney Sweeney at the Knicks game. During the Inside the NBA broadcast, he commented, “Sydney Sweeney is here? Everybody’s a New York Knicks fan now.”

Nevertheless, Scooter Braun and Sydney Sweeney seem unfazed by the scrutiny directed at her. The Dave executive producer recently also gushed over his girlfriend on Suzy Weiss’ Second Thought podcast. Braun remarked, “I’ve met an extraordinary woman, kind and generous and smart, and real and down to earth.” He added that it is “one of the biggest surprises ever.”
