There’s some exciting news for a 90 Day Fiancé alum. Pedro Jimeno is officially engaged. The TLC star, born in the Dominican Republic, appeared on that program in Season 4. While on the show, he outlined his journey from his home country to the US, culminating in his marriage to Chantel Everett. Pedro filed for divorce in 2022 after nearly six years of marriage to her.
The real estate agent was first linked to his new fiancée, Valentina Malagón, in the early part of this year. The reality star popped the question to his new bride-to-be while on vacation this month.

Over three years on from his official divorce to Chantel, Pedro is ready to jump into the marriage pool once again. In an exclusive interview with People, he says that he and his fiancée are “celebrating the moment when two paths, two stories, and two dreams decided to become one forever.”
Pedro calls his soon-to-be wife, Valentina Malagón, “a blessing that God placed on my path.”
Pedro got down on one knee to pop the question to Valentina on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, on June 6. He did so in front of a heart-shaped arch on the beach with an illuminated sign reading “Will You Marry Me?” There were red roses and candles in a circle.
Pedro’s former rocky relationship with Chantel became a huge talking point for fans. Their story was told in several spinoffs of the 90 Day Fiancé franchise.
Following their divorce, Pedro appeared on 90 Day: The Single Life. During Season 5 of that show, he was exploring a relationship with Sophie Sierra.
News of Pedro’s engagement comes months after Pedro’s ex, Chantel, announced her engagement to Ashley Brown last December 2025. Chantel opened up about her sexuality last year during 90 Day: Hunt For Love.
