Seth Rogen reveals Sean Diddy Combs invited him for hot air balloon ride
Seth Rogen recently sat down for a chat and opened up about his encounter with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. Rogen and Olivia Wilde took part in Entertainment Weekly’s ‘Lie vs Lie’ segment, in which the former shared the details.
Rogen shared that many years ago, he was dining with his wife when he met Diddy. The actor stated, “Many years ago, me and my wife were at The French Laundry, one of the fanciest restaurants in the world, and at the table beside us was… Puff Daddy.” He revealed that the rapper made him an offer which he is “glad” he didn’t accept.
Rogen added, “Puff Daddy came over to me and my wife and he said, ‘What are you guys doing tomorrow morning?’ And we said, ‘We’re here actually scouting wedding locations.’ And he said, ‘Well, if you have time, would you like to come hot air ballooning with me?'”
Upon Diddy’s mention, Wilde expressed her surprise and tried to hold back her laughter.
He also shared the reason behind denying Diddy’s offer. Rogen conveyed, “The last thing I need in the world is a photo of me on a hot air balloon alone with Puff Daddy, waving and smiling and holding glasses of rosé.”
In October last year, Diddy got imprisonment for over 50 months for prostitution-related charges. Apart from this, the court imposed a $500,000 fine on the rapper and ordered that he be placed on supervised release upon his release from prison.
