Veteran country singer Dolly Parton has asked Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce whether she could have their firstborn after being blown away by the couple’s generous donation to her charity, “Imagination Library.”
Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is a global book-gifting program founded by Dolly Parton in 1995 to inspire a love of reading among young children. Through the initiative, enrolled children receive one free, age-appropriate book each month from birth until age five, regardless of their family’s income.

According to Mirror, the country music legend, 80, took to Instagram to thank the couple, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, who have made a massive donation to her charity. She said, “Taylor and Travis – it’s Dolly, and I was just told that you two are making a donation, $2 million to my Imagination Library. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I am overjoyed and blown away.”
Parton went on to praise the couple for making giving back a priority in their lives. She jokingly added that when they have their first child, she would love to have the baby, saying it would be “one special baby.”
Parton also revealed that the money will be used to continue to pursue the charity’s mission. She said, “The mission of the Dollywood Foundation is to dream more, care more, learn more and be more. Thank you again for that very generous gift, and we’ll continue that mission, even in bigger ways thanks to your donation, and know that [sings] I Will Always Love you!”
Since going public with their relationship, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have earned praise not only for their romance but also for their philanthropy, as per The Guardian. While Swift has long supported causes ranging from education to disaster relief, Kelce’s “Eighty-Seven & Running Foundation” focuses on empowering underserved youth.
