Logan Paul and Tom Brady brought their beef to the FIFA World Cup 2026 final on July 19, only a day after the retired NFL quarterback slapped the YouTuber-turned-WWE star at Fanatics Fest. A now-viral video clip from the championship match between Spain and Argentina captured Paul and Brady flipping each other off.

In a video that surfaced online on July 19, Tom Brady showed his middle finger at Logan Paul, who was sitting in the next suite next to him. Paul did not waste any time in returning the gesture with an angry look. Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin, seated between the two sections, quickly took matters into his own hands and intervened before things got more heated.
The feud between the 7-time Super Bowl champion and the WWE superstar began in February 2026. At the time, the latter claimed that his WWE career had made him as athletic as NFL players. Brady disagreed with the comment. The duo continued to feud ahead of and during the Fanatics Flag Football Classic in March.
Paul and Brady also had a heated exchange at the Fanatics Fest in New York on Friday, July 16 (via Variety). Fanatics posted a clip on Instagram with Brady, Paul, WWE and the NFL as collaborators. They also shared it on X (formerly Twitter). Although their words were inaudible, both athletes appeared to be angry. At one point, Brady slapped Paul in front of the live crowd at the event.
New York Knicks star Karl-Anthony Towns and Chris Costa stepped in quickly to break things up. Later, Paul got on social media to explain his side of the story. He wrote, “This happened bc I was roasting Tom for beating him in flag football. And he tries to smack me ?? Horrible example for the kids Aura -100 + Blocked. With a torn tricep.” Meanwhile, Brady just called the YouTuber, “Dork.”
