According to RadarOnline, the reality star has been day-dreaming about a lavish wedding that rivals Taylor Swift’s massive one. The Love Story singer married her beau in a wedding that was estimated to cost around $30 million. The couple leased Madison Square Garden and pulled out all stops for their ceremony. So much so that it is now commonly known as the “wedding of the century.”
Kardashian, whose networth of $1.9 billion, barely below Taylor’s $2 billion, may be thinking of ways to top Swift, with whom she shares a difficult relationship.
Whether it is revenge or a sincere desire to go one up, Kardashian has all the resources for surpassing Swift’s wedding, which saw an estimated 1000 guests. An insider said, “What’s more, she says that when she and Lewis get married, there’s no reason they can’t throw a wedding just as big and star-studded as Taylor’s.”
They added, “Between Kim and Lewis, they know just about everyone worth knowing,” said an insider. They added, “Kim insists they could easily pull together a guest list of a thousand people, if not more. She would absolutely love the satisfaction of outdoing Taylor.”
Kardashian not only has the means but the experience of previous weddings to really dish out a winner. Her lavish wedding to Kanye West in 2014 is evidence enough. The couple hosted a rehearsal dinner in the stunning Palace of Versailles’ Hall of Mirrors in France. She also flew over all her guests to Italy for the D-day in a 16th-century fort.
Kim Kardashian has been married three times, to music producer Damon Thomas, former NBA player Kris Humphries, and rapper Kanye West, with whom she shares four children.
