Madelyn Cline is making the most of Outer Banks’ final chapter, and her latest press look feels perfectly suited to the show’s sun-soaked aesthetic. The actress stepped out for Netflix’s “Outer Banks” Season 5 event, “Pogues for Life: A Fan Farewell,” in a cutout gown with a thigh-high slit. She delivered a breezy, romantic fashion moment with just enough edge. Between its soft pastel palette and skin-baring silhouette, the look offered a glamorous spin on beachside dressing without feeling overly formal.
Madelyn Cline goes bold in sheer Siedres gown with a huge waist cutout and thigh-high slit
For the event, Madelyn Cline wore the Dalia gown by Siedrés, styled by Jamie Mizrahi. The two-piece effect design combined a pale yellow draped top with a sheer, softly patterned skirt in shades of light green and yellow.
The top wrapped asymmetrically across Cline’s torso before gathering into a knot at one hip. Its abbreviated hem created a massive cutout along her waist. The cutout left one side of her midriff completely exposed. But the drama didn’t stop there.
Cline’s semi-sheer skirt sat low on her hips with ruched fabric wrapped around the waist. A thigh-high slit moved up one side, revealing nearly the entire length of her leg as she posed on the event carpet. Layers of lightweight, translucent fabric flowed toward the ground, giving the daring silhouette an airy finish.
She completed the ensemble with Paris Texas Lidia mules in a pale neutral shade. Rather than loading up on accessories, Cline kept her jewelry minimal. She wore a delicate bracelet, allowing the unusual draping and cutouts to take center stage.
Her hair was swept into a deliberately undone updo, with loose face-framing strands adding to the relaxed feel. Soft, neutral makeup finished the look off.
Against the event’s warm, desert-inspired backdrop, the pastel Siedrés creation looked particularly at home. And between the enormous waist cutout, sheer skirt, and leg-baring slit, Cline certainly gave “Outer Banks” one more memorable fashion moment.
